The intake process at Pivotal Pathways is designed to be as straightforward and stress-free as possible. To begin, you will need to contact our office to schedule an appointment. During this call, we will ask you some basic questions about your child and the reason for seeking an evaluation. We will then send you some forms to complete and return to us before your appointment. These forms will provide us with more detailed information about your child's background, medical history, and current concerns.

Evaluation
Next, you will bring your child to the evaluation appointment, where our team of experienced professionals will conduct a comprehensive assessment to identify any learning or behavioral challenges and develop a plan to address them. We understand that this process can be overwhelming, but we're here to support you every step of the way.

Obtain Results & Receive Answers
The feedback session is an essential part of the evaluation process. During this session, the evaluator will go over the assessment results with you in great detail and provide you with expert recommendations for the next steps. You will have the chance to ask any questions you may have and discuss your child's academic and emotional needs. The best part? The feedback session will give you a comprehensive understanding of your child's strengths and opportunities for growth, and help you develop a plan to support their educational journey!
