Do you take insurance?

We are considered "out of network" by insurance carriers. However, we can provide a SuperBill to present to your insurance company for possible reimbursement as out of network. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that schedules can change. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

How do I prepare my child for the assessment process?

We want your child to show up as they are and not feel the pressure to perform or hide what is going on with them.

Before the evaluation, it's important to let your child know that they will be meeting with a specialist who will ask them questions and give them some tasks to complete. You can share that our job is to understand how they learn and what they might need to do better in school. It is an opportunity to share what is going well and what has been tough. It is okay to feel nervous, but remind your child that the specialist is there to help them.

How much does an evaluation cost?

We charge a flat fee for our evaluations. The cost for an evaluation varies by the area(s) of concern. To best understand the needs of your child, a complimentary 30 minute consultation is provided.
